The Nationalist Army's anti-Japanese soldier Xiao Jie (played by Jet Li) finally ushers in the victory of the War of Resistance after a bloody struggle, but the honor of a hero belongs to the American soldiers. Brother Zhang, unable to bear the harassment of his daughter by the American soldiers, is brutally beaten. In order to raise money for Brother Zhang’s treatment, Xiao Jie falls into the trap of the American soldiers, becoming a human target in the ring. Hans takes the opportunity to challenge Xiao Jie again, and after a brawl, Brother Zhang and his daughter Xiao Rui reunite; however, the Americans' retaliation is yet to end...
