The giant hand of the people|SYSNOPSIS

Director:Chen Litian

Actor:Wei Heling, Zhang Qian, Wang Bei, Gao Yiyun

Intro: The giant hand of the peopleOn the eve of the liberation of Shanghai, the undercover agent Zhang Rong (played by Wei Heling) secretly infiltrated among the incarcerated workers on the orders of his master Xiao Liang (played by Zhang Yi), waiting for a chance to act in the future. After liberation, Zhang Rong was released from prison and returned to the factory, continuing to disguise himself as progressive and hiding among the workers. Zhang Rong often masked himself with extreme leftist words and actions, inciting conflict between the workers and the employers, and directing Li Fusheng (played by Fu Botang) to infiltrate the workshop and sabotage equipment. Trade union officer Zhu Yaqin (played by Wu Yin) discovered Li Fusheng's suspicious behavior, took the initiative to talk to him, and explained the policies to him. Li then awakened to the situation and voluntarily confessed his crimes to the Public Security Bureau. The leniency of the policies did not awaken the obstinate Zhang Rong, who, using the connections of his prison mate Huang Zihe (played by Zhang Qian), placed his sister Zhang Xinghua (played by Wang Bei) in the Jiangnan Steel Plant and collected confidential information from that plant through Huang Zihe, sending it to Taiwan via Xiao Liang, which ultimately led to the steel plant being bombed by enemy aircraft.
