Synopsis

John, an agent of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (played by Luke Evans), is not only an extremely dedicated workaholic but also willing to sacrifice everything and resort to any means necessary to successfully complete his cases. Unfortunately, fate toys with him, and he falls in love with Joey (played by Gwei Lun-mei), a quick-witted and elusive top 'driver', only to find themselves caught up in a criminal conspiracy that forces them apart. Unexpectedly, 15 years later, John travels to Taipei to capture the drug cartel leader Kwan (played by Jiang Chenghao), planning to stay for just one weekend. However, fate intervenes once again, leading to a miraculous reunion with Joey, who he discovers has a son named Raymond (played by Yang Mingwei). At this moment, Kwan's threat looms, forcing the three of them to unite in battle!
