Three people living in the Government Housing Commission Building in Thuraipakkam, Chennai: Karnan (GV Prakash Kumar) is a thief, Kalai (Pasanga Paandi) once jailed for theft, and Rocky (Nandhan Ram) is a drug dealer.The three have been friends since childhood and live in the Government Housing Commission Building in Thuraipakkam, Chennai.Police and the public always see those who live there as criminals, and police are also using illegal activities to earn bribes.So they have no chance to work normally, and many people can only rely on illegal activities to survive.Rocky, as the boss of a small team, always had a fight with a hostile drug dealer gang, and a mission received from the police brought huge disasters to three people and their families.
