"Total Drama Island" (sometimes referred to as TDI) is a Canadian animated TV series that premiered on Teletoon, Canada on July 8, 2007, and on Cartoon, USA on June 5, 2008.This is the first season of the "Full Drama Island" series, with a total of 27 episodes, each episode 22 minutes, and a special episode of 44 minutes is set at the end.This season mainly imitates the Survivor series, which consists of 22 campers participating in the knockout round."Total Drama Island" was co-written by Tom McGillis and Jennifer Perch and his production studio Fresh TV, who also created their previous animated series "6teen".
