As the destruction of her hometown was imminent, a cotton-like life form residing on a planet at the edge of the galaxy left its home planet, flying into the vast universe in search of a new habitat, eventually arriving on Earth. Among this group of life forms was one known as the strongest warrior, Doma, who resided within a handmade pink teddy bear, determined to do everything possible to protect her little owner, Akiko Natsukawa (played by Mao Ichimichi). Akiko also had a sister, Yume (played by Shoko Nakagawa), who loved to dress in elaborate Lolita fashion but failed at everything she attempted; her clumsy demeanor was even disliked by Akiko. Doma, unable to bear seeing Yume in such a depressed state, decided to inspire her fighting spirit. On the other hand, the evil black teddy bear, Deparucha (voiced by Koichi Yamadera), colluded with dark-hearted human villains to secretly advance a horrific plan to turn everyone into zombies. On Akiko's birthday, a swarm of zombies attacked the restaurant, with their leader Charlie appearing before the two girls alongside a one-armed Lolita (played by Koto Takagi) and a beach ball-wielding Billie (played by Rina Takeda). At that moment, Yume unexpectedly combined with the pink teddy bear to transform into the supremely powerful stuffed doll Z (played by Rina Takeda).
