Police officer Zhan Jianye (played by Ren Dahua) is taking a statement from a suspect, Guan Bingwen (played by Zhang Jiahui), who was caught peeping in a women's restroom. Guan denies the charges but claims he overheard several women discussing how to use a strange drug to kill all bad men. Although Jianye finds this absurd, he records the statement anyway. That evening, a colleague informs Jianye that Guan's statement has gone missing. When Jianye attempts to take Guan's statement again, he strangely admits to peeping in the restroom, leading Jianye to suspect that police officer Fang Ziqing (played by Miu Kiu-wai) is involved in the case and decides to investigate further. Meanwhile, Fang Ziqing meets with Jianye's wife (played by Lau Sin-yau) in the women's restroom, hoping she can persuade Jianye to stop his investigation. Just as Jianye continues his inquiries, he receives news of Guan Bingwen's disappearance, and Guan's ex-wife, Pan Xiaoyuan (played by Wen Bixia), also appears. Jianye, whose relationship with his wife (played by Lau Sin-yau) has been deteriorating, ends up having an affair with Pan Xiaoyuan while comforting her over the loss of her husband. It is only when Jianye's wife discovers that her husband is indeed cheating that her own secrets start to surface...
