Once the head of the New York Mafia, Dwight "The General" Manfredi was released from prison after serving 25 years, only to be exiled by his boss to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Realizing that his mafia family had not considered his best interests, Dwight gradually formed a "team" from a group of individuals he had not imagined, in order to help him build a new criminal empire in a completely unfamiliar place.
