Synopsis

Li Xiuxian is a representative figure in Hong Kong-produced police films, vividly portraying various types of police officers. This film is a work where he serves as the writer, director, and actor, choosing to focus on the 'Anti-Car Theft Unit' known as the Flying Tigers of the Ministry of Transport, attempting to combine the life stories of police films with the thrilling scenes of car chases, thereby increasing the film's entertainment value, but it only achieved average results. The plot depicts Senior Inspector Li Jian from the Anti-Car Theft Unit meeting the innocent and lively kindergarten student Bobby during a patrol. However, Bobby suffers serious injuries in a traffic accident, causing Li Jian to despise the reckless drivers even more. The wealthy young man Billy, who returned to Hong Kong from abroad, idles away his time and enjoys reckless driving, disregarding traffic laws, even causing the death of a traffic police officer on duty at a roadblock during a collision.
