Kaufman's Game tells the story of Stanley, a passionate and motivated young man who loves boxing and desires to improve his strength and endurance.When a mysterious stranger approaches him outside the boxing gym and offers him a special steroid, Stanley is caught up in the increasingly violent action of a powerful organization and unconsciously undergoes a series of tests designed to prove his courage.This is a movie about strength, determination, and being your own greatest enemy.It pays tribute to the archetypes of classic film noir, as well as Franz Kafka’s dark, conspiring narrative techniques, but incorporates contemporary minimalist aesthetics.
