The Mochizuki couple, who live in a wealthy community, enjoy a life of enviable happiness. After Tomoriya's parents passed away, they left behind a considerable inheritance, which Kohei used to run a coffee shop. In daily life, all of Kohei's needs are taken care of by Tomoriya, who is incredibly considerate; even Kohei's mother and sister are well cared for by her. However, this seemingly perfect wife’s meticulous care begins to evoke increasing resentment in Kohei. He embarks on an affair with the coffee shop's chef, Anno Kitakasato (played by Saki Aibu), who encourages him to kill his wife. Just as the plan is set to be carried out, Tomoriya seems to be kidnapped. The kidnappers demand a ransom of 200 million yen, threatening to kill Tomoriya otherwise.
