Originally, Zank Gibbs's biggest wish was to have his own car. However, when he accidentally discovered a strange watch among his father's countless inventions and secretly claimed it for himself, his amazing journey began. The world around him seemed to come to a standstill under a mysterious power. Everyone was frozen in a fixed moment in time. Soon, Zank realized that the secret lay in this watch, and he quickly mastered the trick to manipulate it. Thus, he along with his new friend, the intelligent and beautiful Francesca, enjoyed the carefree joy within this frozen time and space. But things were not that simple. In this space that belonged only to them, it seemed there were other mysterious figures secretly watching them from the shadows... The movie 'Time Hacker' began planning as early as 1998, with the initial idea being to create a light comedy similar to 'Flubber,' poking fun at scientific inventions. However, by 2000, the film's focus shifted to the slowing down and acceleration of time. Clearly, this is another manifestation of the 'Matrix Effect.'
