 Synopsis
Inspector Cao (played by Cao Dahua) aims to make the out-of-date gang leader Dai Gedai (played by Luo Haipeng) a police informant to testify against the criminal activities of the gang leader Wu Erqi (played by Wang Qing). He devises a plan to force four private detectives known as the 'Four Lucky Stars' - Rhino Skin (played by Feng Cuifan), Da Sheng Di (played by Wu Yaohan), Flower Tower Cake (played by Miao Qiaowei), and Luo Han Guo (played by Zeng Zhiwei) - to go undercover. Additionally, Inspector Cao sends his daughter, senior assistant Banana (played by Liu Jialing), to apply as a maid to secretly protect them. The Four Lucky Stars break into prison to rescue Dai Gedai and go to find his daughter Mina, just as Wu Erqi is plotting to drug her. They successfully save her, and Dai Gedai, grateful to the Four Lucky Stars, agrees to be an informant against Wu Erqi; however, Wu Erqi finds ways to exonerate himself. Inspector Cao further arranges for Banana to pretend to be killed by Wu Erqi, sparking the Four Lucky Stars' determination for revenge. In the end, the Four Lucky Stars, alongside the police, arrest Wu Erqi and eliminate his entire gang.
