Suddenly, a series of assassination events occur in a tranquil city, with the victims being former subordinates of retired Special Forces Colonel John (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger). John, who has been in retirement for a long time, just wants to enjoy life with his young daughter Jenny, not wanting to get caught up in vengeance again. However, this time, the enemy follows Kirby to John's residence, they abduct Jenny and force John to assassinate the President of the Republic of Ovid to pave the way for the mastermind, Arius, to take the presidency. John certainly won't comply; he escapes from his monitors and jumps from a plane. After temporarily breaking free from Arius's control, he has only eleven hours to rescue Jenny.
