Stripping dancer Cherry (played by Rose McGowan) dances on the pole while crying; she is tired of and thinks about escaping this life, as everything is rotten. Meanwhile, an accident occurs during the development of a drug at a nearby military base, releasing a viral gas that turns the surrounding people into zombies. To make matters worse, Cherry's long, sexy right leg, which she relies on for work, is torn off by a zombie. Fortunately, she has her boyfriend Ray (played by Freddy Rodriguez) by her side. The hospital is blood-soaked, and the police are powerless to stop the zombies' attack. Ray and other survivors gather at a small shop to form an armed group, launching a bloody battle against the zombies. Ray even gives Cherry a prosthetic leg, which is actually a powerful weapon that can function as both a machine gun and a mortar. Thus, Cherry becomes a super female warrior hunting zombies.
