Zhou Hao (played by Park Keon-hyeong) was born into a family of teachers in a generation that values education, yet he dislikes being constrained by rules and lives a lavish life, extravagantly squandering his grandfather's wealth. His grandfather, unable to watch Zhou Hao live such a degenerate life, cuts off his credit cards and pressures him to work as a teacher for two years, threatening to donate the family inheritance to charity. To comply with his grandfather's wishes, Zhou Hao reluctantly submits and becomes the homeroom teacher of Class 2, Year 2 in a middle school. However, he often arrives late, leaves early, and does not participate in the students' psychological counseling. A turning point comes when he meets the meddlesome Yin Xiaozhu (played by Kim Hyo-jin), who is determined to correct Zhou Hao's unruly behavior. She forces him to supervise evening study sessions and help her find students who have run away from home. Zhou Hao, wanting to escape his responsibilities as a teacher, finds himself caught in a chase and retreat with her, and gradually they develop feelings for each other. As Zhou Hao matures, he begins to develop a connection to his job, and his sense of responsibility as a teacher makes him stand up for justice when faced with the expulsion of a student named Hengjun.
