After the Vietnam War, the U.S. government carried out a top-secret scientific program. Scientists froze the bodies of soldiers who died in the Vietnam War, implanted computer chips, and input war programs to transform them into a new generation of war robots - "Cosmic Warriors." These robots had no emotions or previous memories, only cold killing weapons. Soldier Luke (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme) and Sergeant Andrew (played by Dolph Lundgren) are two of them, and they were sent to participate in a new war.
