Sports reporter Tetsurou Nishiake (Kenta Togtani) married Risako (Ryoko Kuninaka), the manager of the American football team he was part of in college, but the couple's relationship is strained. One day, after a reunion with male teammates Haruhiko Hayata (Ryohei Otani) and Makoto Subi (Masato Wada), Tetsurou and Subi secretly sneaked into the university playground, where they encountered Mizuki Niura (Miki Nakatani), who had previously served as the rugby team's manager. Mizuki, exuding an unusual atmosphere, shocked them with her words - 'I killed someone.' Later at Tetsurou's home, Mizuki confesses to Tetsurou, Subi, and Risako that she suffers from gender identity disorder. As a male bartender at a nightclub, Mizuki killed a customer who was harassing waitress Kaori Saeki (Annie Nakamura) in a deserted area. Initially, Tetsurou and the others were speechless, but along with Kousuke Nakao (Kousuke Suzuki), a former rugby team player and Mizuki's ex-boyfriend, they decide to protect Mizuki. Soon after, Mizuki goes missing. In the process of searching for her, Tetsurou faces a series of distressing truths.
