At the moment the train starts, an infected individual rushes into the carriage and quickly transforms into a zombie, beginning a bloody massacre against the healthy people in sight. Before long, the zombies increase explosively in number. Shi Yu is forced to fight for survival along with the other survivor passengers in the cramped space. The long journey to Busan is fraught with danger, and in times of crisis, each survivor's humanity is put to the ultimate test...
