When Ho Jun learns that there is a new witness against him, potentially leading to a life sentence, he offers a large sum of money to Gung Tong, Kin Tin, Scar, and Ho Ching, who previously escaped from prison, to help him escape, promising that he will arrange for everyone to flee together to Thailand. However, the others have changed their mindset; they are not motivated by money, but rather by their families and loyalties, and firmly refuse to obey Ho Jun for financial gain. In desperation, Ho Jun resorts to using their weaknesses as leverage and employs various methods to force them into compliance, ultimately leading to an unwilling submission.
