To save Aunt Thirteen, Huang Feihong falls into a rapid river and goes missing after hitting his head. Aunt Thirteen and Ghost Foot Seven are rescued and brought to Bao Zhilin, where Ya Ca Su is overjoyed to see them, adding vitality to the life of Chinese workers who often face bullying from the town mayor. Billy, because of his excellent marksmanship, is hired as an assistant sheriff and develops a fondness for the Chinese workers, helping them on his own. The amnesiac Huang Feihong is taken in by an Indian tribe, and after Aunt Thirteen's persistent search, the two are finally reunited. Meanwhile, the mayor colludes with bandits to profit personally.
