Kathy finds clues by sifting through her mother's belongings and visits Sophie (played by Jane Alexander), a survivor of the Holocaust living in a nursing home. Sophie tells her about the cruel experiments the Nazis conducted on twins in concentration camps, and all of this is intricately related to Kathy's experiences. As the investigation deepens, Kathy gets closer to the truth...
