Intro: Egg MarketIn an ordinary small town far from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, there lives a group of lovely and interesting people on the not-so-prosperous Rabbit Mountain Commercial Street. The story's main character, Tamako Kitashirakawa (voiced by Ayane Sakura), is the eldest daughter of the local pastry shop 'Tamaya.' She is lively and easygoing, skilled in food preparation, and shares a childhood bond with the son of the neighboring pastry shop 'Daichiya,' Daichirō (voiced by Atsushi Tamura). However, their fathers are typical rival business owners, and their meetings are filled with conflict. One day, Tamako unexpectedly finds a talking bird (voiced by Takumi Yamazaki) at the flower shop. The bird claims to come from the south and carries a mysterious mission. The arrival of the bird certainly adds a lot of fun to Tamako and the people around her, while the joyful and romantic youth campus life is captivating.
