 Synopsis
The film tells the story of professional screenwriter Mi Xue, who suffers from pre-marital anxiety and often has nightmares. When she wakes up from her sleep, she finds herself in a basement, with her broken leg chained. Mi Xue immediately starts planning her escape. However, she soon discovers that the person who is keeping her captive is named Da Xiong. This person claims to be her savior, and he tells Mi Xue that the Earth has been invaded by aliens, and the basement is the only safe place. Also hiding in the basement is Fan Nan, who is Da Xiong's cousin. A relationship of mutual trust and dependence gradually develops among the three, resembling a strange family. As time passes, Mi Xue begins to suspect Da Xiong's true motives, feeling that he is deceiving her. Scared, Mi Xue once again starts planning to escape from the basement, even if the aliens are waiting for her outside...
