Intro： The Second Season of The Deer BoyAs a new wave of deadly plague approaches, Gus (played by Christian Convery) and his mixed-race companions are imprisoned by General Abbot (played by Neil Sandilands) and the last man. To consolidate his power by finding a cure, Abbot uses children as bait for the experiments of Dr. Aditya Singh (played by Adil Akhtar), who is struggling to save his infected wife, Rani (played by Aliza Vellani). To protect his friends, Gus agrees to help Dr. Singh, embarking on an unknown journey to explore his origins and the role his mother, Birdie (played by Amy Seimetz), played in the 'Great Collapse' event. Outside the preserve, Tommy Jepperd (played by Nonso Anozie) and Amy Eden (played by Dania Ramirez) team up to rescue the hybrids, as Jepperd’s secrets are exposed, testing their partnership. Due to past events threatening the current rescue operation, Gus and his reunited family clash with Abbot and the forces of evil, who seek to eliminate them once and for all.
