Lu Yongyuan's wife, Yuehua (played by Zhou Xun), becomes sworn enemies with him. Five years later, Luo Yingjiu is released from prison and discovers that the head of the Luk family, Lu Hantao (played by Cheng Jiang), his daughter Lu Yongyu (played by Ye Xuan), and her husband (played by Huang Lei) have established the largest real estate company in the New Territories, while the Luk brothers, Lu Jinqiang (played by Liu Qingyun) and Lu Yongfu (played by Fang Zhongxin), are aggressively expanding their power.
