Wesley (played by Andy Lau) is a special member of the United Nations Alien Lifeform Analysis Bureau, responsible for handling all extraterrestrial-related incidents on Earth. During a visit to an antique shop to see a strange blue 'human bone,' Wesley encounters Fang Tianya (played by Kwan Chui Lin), an alien with blue blood who looks like an ordinary beautiful woman, whom he had met briefly in his youth. When he tries to keep her there, she disappears.Nearby, an alien lifeform raid occurs, prompting the FBI's alien investigation agency to send elite siblings Bai Su (played by Shu Qi) and Bai Qiwei (played by Cheung Yau Cheung) to the scene to investigate.
