This is a very special war-themed film that realistically depicts the tragic experiences and scenes of the people in the German-occupied areas, as well as the fear people faced in the face of sudden disasters, reflecting the true nature of war. It is neither like 'Stalingrad' nor 'Assault on Berlin,' which depict intense battles with blood and devastation, nor is it like 'The Dawns Here Are Quiet' or 'Stars,' which present the ordinary heroism in localized battles. It is not a romanticized war story, but rather a brutal reality descending upon ordinary civilians.
