Miss Canada (played by Carole Laure) wins the Miss World Contest organized by the Chastity Belt Foundation, allowing her to marry the son of the foundation's president, a billionaire worth five hundred million dollars. On their wedding night, Miss Canada is shocked to see her husband's genitals gleaming with a metallic sheen. Meanwhile, a ship called the Survivor sways on the river, where a handsome sailor is captivated by the beautiful captain Anna (played by Anna Prucnal) and chases her along the riverbank. Miss Canada wants to end her marriage but is handed over to a muscular black man by the billionaire's mother, who mails Miss Canada to underneath the Eiffel Tower. There, Miss Canada meets a Spanish singer, and after having an affair, they find it hard to part ways; the sailor finally boards Anna's ship, which she refers to as the refugee ship Potemkin, where countless candies are available. Anna and the sailor indulge themselves and tempt several children to come aboard; Miss Canada is taken in by a group of hippies whose wild behavior leaves her in a daze; ultimately, Anna kills the sailor and is taken away by the police.
