However, the news was overheard by Mabbioso (played by Tano Cimarosa), who was waiting in the ward for his wife to give birth, Antonio (played by Alighiero Noschese), the ambulance driver, and Bigeri (played by Ninetto Davoli), a lame man, along with a doctor. Therefore, they all boarded a plane to Russia for a treasure hunt. On the plane, they encountered each other unexpectedly; Mabbioso stole the doctor's passport and stuffed it into the toilet. Unfortunately, the passport flew out the window and stuck to the outside; in a panic, he kicked the glass and the unsealed plane went out of control as he got stuck in the window. The handsome tour guide Vasilev (played by Andrei Mironov) came to greet them, and everyone split up for a series of hilarious stories. The doctor had no passport and had to fly around the plane while the tour guide and the two ambulance drivers raced after Olika.
