Once an outstanding agent of the "O" team, Choi Siu-tung (played by Andy Lau) became blind four years ago due to a certain case. Now, still undeterred by the darkness that surrounds him, he eagerly takes on a long-standing, unresolved cold case, seeking justice for the victims while earning substantial rewards. His unique method of solving cases involves mentally reconstructing the scenes and emotions experienced by the parties involved to track down clues. She admires this legendary "God of Detection" so much that she requests him to help investigate the whereabouts of her long-lost friend, Xiao Min, from many years ago. For a reward of one million, Choi agrees. In just ten days, Choi and Ho find themselves intertwined in several cases, with the truths of each case surfacing alternately, and their hearts gradually drawing closer in the process of a life-and-death trial...
