Nidhi (played by Amanda Seyfried) and Jennifer (played by Megan Fox) are good friends who grew up together. Nidhi is plain-looking and idolizes her friend, while Jennifer is the captain of the cheerleading squad, enjoying a glamorous life with many suitors. They both live in the remote town of Devil's Kettle. One evening, a rock band called Low Shoulder comes to perform at the only bar in town, Melody Lane, and Jennifer drags Nidhi along. At the start of the show, a serious fire breaks out in the bar. Nidhi manages to escape, but watches helplessly as a dazed Jennifer is pulled into a car by a band member, speeding away. That night, a bloodied Jennifer appears at Nidhi's house, and from that day on, her temper becomes erratic and strange. She begins to seduce the boys at school, killing and devouring them. The townspeople, still reeling from the tragedy of the fire, are further devastated by a series of murders. Confused, Nidhi slowly starts to uncover everything that happened to Jennifer on the night of the fire...
