Aliens have invaded Earth, and people are forced to flee to giant bunkers underground for refuge. S.U.M.1 is a loyal warrior sent to the surface to rescue survivors and report on the situation daily. His task is to guard the human self-defense zone, preventing the aliens from getting too close. However, this daily routine gradually turns into a nightmare for him; terrifying sounds echo in the woods; the base is under frequent attacks every day; power failures occur in the tower; and the repairmen are nowhere to be found. His superior has never mentioned anything about the previous occupant. Feelings of loneliness and delirium slowly erode his sanity. Are the aliens truly lying in ambush in the forest? Or has S.U.M.1 been driven to madness by the torment?
