In Western Vegetable Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong, shops are plentiful and tourists come and go. Ha Gong (played by Eric Tsang) and Shek Gin (played by Jacky Cheung) run mobile phone stores facing each other across the street, and both are vying for business with various tricks, unwilling to back down. In fact, they were friends many years ago, and the story of their clever tactics against the landlord is still a well-known tale.
