The movie tells the story of a country girl chasing her dreams in the city. The girl, Nina (played by Wu Ke-xi), travels north alone to pursue her acting dreams, and she finally lands a role in the film "Spy Love." However, she faces several crises due to the arrogant director's insults, her indifferent agent, and her unprofessional assistant. After managing to complete the film, she receives the news that her father's factory has closed and her mother is gravely ill, forcing Nina to return to her hometown. There, she reunites with her former friend Kiki (played by Song Yunhua), and a series of strange events unfold, seemingly linked to the mysterious disappearance of a girl named No. 3 (played by Xia Yuqiao) who had competed with her for a role. How will Nina overcome and face the numerous hardships of fate?
