A beautiful woman in a kimono, Kinuta Sakae (played by Chizuru Kirinami), is looking for a dentist. The young man on the motorcycle, Taninoba Shinkichi (played by Kenji Toimizu), shows Sakae the way and gives her a ride to the hospital. The dentist, Ye Muro Chieko (played by Kyoko Ajima), is an extremely seductive woman; after administering anesthesia to Sakae, she removes her lab coat and reveals her alluring self. In a half-awake state, Sakae embarks on a ghostly and bizarre journey. This film is adapted from the eponymous novel by Japanese erotic novelist Junichiro Tanizaki and is the second installment in Teruichi Butsuki's 'Daydream' series.
