 Synopsis
The student Jian works as an assistant to the animal researcher Philip in a lonely old house. They live alone, with only a chimpanzee and the housekeeper Link: a very intelligent 45-year-old gorilla. Philip wants to kill Link. However, before he does so, he mysteriously disappears one morning. Link begins to show increasingly aggressive behavior, forbidding Jian from using the phone or reaching the next village. When she punishes him by locking him out, he becomes violent.
