In the 31st year of the Republic of China, "Tiger's Fury" wreaks havoc in North China. The city of Beiping is sealed off by the Japanese army. Outside the city, an epidemic runs rampant, while inside, there is a famine. A rogue (played by Huang Bo), starving and desperate, ends up robbing a wealthy family, only to find himself dragging two Japanese men into a Japanese restaurant.
