The Dragon Arhat (Stephen Chow) descends from the heavens and makes a bet with the celestial beings, claiming that in the mortal realm, he can make three ordinary people make sacrifices for others within a certain time limit; otherwise, he is willing to suffer the pains of reincarnation again.
