Private detective Meng Bo (Jackie Chan) and the sister of his deceased partner, Hui Xiang (Joey Wong), have just finished discussing a plan with newspaper tycoon Jin Cun to find his missing daughter, Qing Zi (Kumiko Goto). Suddenly, they see Qing Zi and several skateboarding boys weaving through the streets. After a wild chase, Qing Zi disappears. Hui Xiang initially planned to hold a birthday dance for Meng Bo at his home, but upon pushing the door open, she finds seven beautiful women waiting anxiously. In anger, Hui Xiang declares that she will go on a prepaid honeymoon with her cousin Dajiaoban (Shan Liwen) on the gambling ship 'Fu Gui Hao.' Meng Bo rushes to the dock wanting to explain to Hui Xiang but cannot find her anywhere. Just as 'Fu Gui Hao' is about to set sail, Meng Bo blends in with the crowd of tourists and boards the ship, where both Qing Zi and the Hong Kong police officer dressed as a seductive woman, Ya Zi (Cheng Pei-Pei), are also on board. Three women in a dramatic scenario, along with a brawling and lecherous Meng Bo.
