One day, a charming and beautiful transfer student, Aiko Himeya (played by Fumika Shimizu), arrives in Kousei's class, making this big boy experience an unprecedented feeling of excitement. On his way home after school, a group of thugs bursts into a bank and takes hostages, among them the girl Kousei has a crush on, Aiko. To rescue her, he sneaks into the bank, but unintentionally putting on a pair of panties awakens a powerful force hidden within him. After that, he transforms into a perverted masked hero, defeating the thugs with overwhelming strength, which makes Aiko develop a fondness for the masked hero.
