Detective Jimmy (Bruce Willis) from the New York Police Department firmly believes that silence is golden and is meticulous in his work. During the investigation, a series of cases surface, including the kidnapping of a Mexican beauty and a drug trafficking case involving gangsters. This duo has not faced much adversity before, so this feels like a significant challenge to them. Additionally, they both experience personal crises: Jimmy inexplicably lost a substantial amount of money meant for his daughter's wedding, and Paul, though as clueless as a duck, is suspected by his wife of infidelity. These issues cause significant distress for both of them. They have to handle the case while also desperately trying to explain their innocence to their families, which is driving them both to the brink of insanity...
