Criminal Investigation 12 Cantonese

The misfit agents Xing Kai and Police Inspector Ding Luofeng, who have remarkably similar backgrounds, end up taking different paths in life. A series of serial murders brings them together, and they form a mutual respect as they join forces to capture the killer. During the process, Xing Kai is forced to seek help from an old rival, psychologist Yang Zhi Fei, to aid in the manhunt. As the three investigate further, they discover that the killer is not acting alone, but is part of an entire assassination organization. The murderer complicates matters with a mysterious website that promotes a new set of seven deadly sins, executing each victim who has committed one of these sins, targeting every individual in society. The trio must race against time to apprehend them before more victims emerge. Xing Kai never anticipated that he would be confronted by a painful past that would trap him in a dilemma; Yang Zhi Fei is caught off guard when the case involves her own professor, Fu Yangshan; and Ding Luofeng discovers that his sister, Ding Shaoyun, who returned from abroad, is hiding an unspeakable conspiracy, forcing him to face a hard choice between justice and family loyalty.
