A rare meteor shower is about to appear in the skies over Russia, and young men and women are incredibly excited, flocking to the streets to witness this historic moment. Beautiful girl Yulia (played by Irina Starshenbaum) defies her military father's objections and insists on dating Tem (played by Alexander Petrov). On the day the meteor shower arrives, they hide away to enjoy each other’s company, unaware that a great crisis is looming. An alien spaceship encounters an accident and is subsequently shot down by the Russian Air Force. During its emergency landing, it causes devastating damage to Moscow, resulting in the death of Yulia’s best friend in the disaster. After this, Yulia and her friends venture into the forbidden zone and encounter aliens. By a twist of fate, she decides to save the severely injured alien pilot Hank (played by Rinal Mukhametov), while Tem and others harbor a deep hatred for Hank due to the calamity brought by the aliens.
