As the new year approaches, Halloween is near, and in the small town of Green, located near Lake Beauties in West Virginia, the annual Mountain Carnival Festival is about to take place. Young men and women from all over the country gather here to indulge in music and food. Legend has it that two hundred years ago, a massacre related to cannibals occurred in this small town. However, today such bloody and brutal stories only pique the curiosity of daring young people. Among the revelers are five young individuals: Billy (played by Simon Ginty), Julian (played by Oliver Hoare), Cruz (played by Amy Lennox), Rita (played by Roxanne McKee), and Gus (played by Paul Luebke). But on their way, they accidentally crash into the deranged killer Maynard (played by Doug Bradley), who has been hiding in the town for many years and has killed countless people. As night falls, Maynard's minions lose control and begin a bloody Halloween of the devils...
