The coachman Zhang Daban (played by Sammo Hung) claims to be exceptionally courageous, unafraid of ghosts and demons, and often bets with others to test his bravery. He secretly aids Daban, helping him to ultimately escape this calamity. However, Boss Tan's malicious intent is unyielding; after one plan fails, he devises another, determined to eliminate Daban once and for all.
