As night falls, they set up camp next to the house of Rustin, who is notorious for being the cruel murderer that killed seven children under the influence of the Blair Witch. When daylight comes, oddly, the young people have collectively lost their memories of the previous night, with no one knowing what truly happened and whether what they experienced was a dream or reality. After leaving the Black Hills forest, they gather at Jeffrey's house, where each person attempts to uncover the truth behind the events. Gradually, strange occurrences begin to happen, and various pieces of evidence suggest that although the five of them physically escaped the Black Hills forest, they remain under the witch's control.
