The Russian mafia leader Konstantin (played by Ron Perlman) created a video game called 'Game' that took the world by storm, further expanding his influence. The Russian police, feeling helpless against Konstantin, chose to seek international assistance, and thus, Lazarus, who had previously participated in an international police conference, was invited to Moscow. Along with him were the nearly graduated police academy student Connors, who suffers from acrophobia, and Lazarus's regular team members: Karen, Tech-Brey, Jones (played by Michael Winslow), and Captain Harry. However, as soon as they landed, Lazarus accidentally got into the wrong car and disappeared into the vast sea of people in Moscow, leaving the rest of the international warriors to complete the mission on their own. Harry used various surveillance devices to gather information about Konstantin but ended up plagued by bad luck, while Connors fell deeply in love with a beautiful translator sent by the Russians. On the other hand, Konstantin planned to add hacking programs to the new version of the game for huge profits, and Karen and Connors each played their strengths to get close to Konstantin to find evidence of his crimes.
