The story takes place on Halloween night, where Tara (played by Jenna Kanell) and Dawn (played by Catherine Corcoran) drunkenly leave a party and walk down a chilly street. The two plan to grab a bite at a pizza place when a man dressed as a clown follows them into the shop.
