 Synopsis
Firefighter Yajian (played by Chung Chun-to) rescued the memorial tablet of the late star Yaling (played by Cheng Yu-ling) from a big fire. Yaling, realizing her spirit is present, decides to repay Yajian but ends up getting him fired from the fire department, leading him to become unemployed. Yajian turns to his self-proclaimed monk brother Yayuan (played by Wu Ma), who accidentally brings in the female ghost Yahua (played by Li Yanshan), and surprisingly, Yahua falls in love with Yayuan. In an unexpected event, Yajian sees the manifested Yaling, mistakenly thinking she is an ordinary woman, and falls in love, while Yaling, who reciprocates his feelings, hides her true identity. Yahua's relationship is obstructed by Yaling, who, in a fit of anger, reveals to Yayuan that Yaling is a female ghost. Upon learning of her identity's exposure, Yaling chooses to leave, but by then, Yajian realizes he can no longer part from Yaling.
